We see shapes in everything! Shapes are classified based on their properties. Few properties include:
- Number of sides
- Length of sides
- Number of angles (corners)
- Types of angles (acute, obtuse, right-angle)
- Parallel lines
We know that any 4-sided closed polygon is called a quadrilateral.
But are all the 4-sided ones the same? There are other properties which makes each quadrilateral unique.
This investigation will be done in 2 parts. In the first part, we are going to explore different quadrilaterals with their properties and an investigation task to follow in the second part.
Let us first complete the table in the pdf by identifying the properties of all the quadrilaterals.
You may use these link/any resource to help fill this table.

(But wait, if you want to learn about quadrilateral in interesting way, here are some ideas : https://connect2context.com/2025/03/20/how-to-introduce-quadrilateral/)
You may use a tick mark/any symbol or write ‘Y’ in the cell, if the shape possesses that property.
